Selection of Internal and External Candidates Through Fair and Transparent Evaluation
The BNK Financial Group Executive Candidate Recommendation Committee selected seven preliminary CEO candidates through a document review process among internal and external candidates who submitted applications, in accordance with best practices set by the Financial Supervisory Service.
This year, unlike previous years, the first round of CEO evaluations was conducted over three sessions to ensure thorough verification.
The committee stated that the evaluation focused on the applicants' ability to share the group's vision, expertise (career experience), commitment to public interest and sound management, and leadership, based primarily on the submitted applications.
Going forward, the committee plans to select the second round of CEO candidates through presentation assessments and interviews with external experts, and will recommend the final candidate after an in-depth interview.
