On November 4, Suncheon City held an "Integrated Prevention Education for Four Major Types of Violence" program at the city hall's main conference room, attended by Suncheon Mayor Noh Gwan-gyu and more than 100 senior public officials.

This training was organized to enhance gender sensitivity and to foster a workplace culture based on mutual trust. In particular, it focused on the prevention of sexual harassment, prostitution, sexual violence, and domestic violence, which have recently attracted significant public attention.

The session, led by Ko Namsuk, Director of Family Coaching Counseling Center and a specialist instructor at the Korea Institute for Gender Equality Promotion and Education, lasted four hours and covered topics such as "Improving Gender Sensitivity" and "The Responsibilities and Roles of Leaders within Organizations."

Mayor Noh Gwan-gyu stated, "This educational program will serve as an opportunity for Suncheon's senior public officials to re-recognize the importance of preventing the four major types of violence and the roles they must fulfill as leaders." He added, "We will strive to create a healthy workplace culture characterized by mutual respect, fairness, and consideration, so that we can provide public administration that earns the trust of our citizens."
