Leadership Style Diagnosis and Hologram Photo Zone Draw Attention

Songyi Yang (29), who runs a medical manufacturing company, attended the Women Leaders Forum to seek ways to grow her business. On November 6, influential "Power K-Women" who are leading major transformations in the rapidly changing economic landscape gathered at the "2025 Women Leaders Forum" held at Lotte Hotel in Sogong-dong, Seoul. Jiyoon Jung (23), a university student, said that she was particularly impressed by the keynote speech delivered by Anne Kari Hansen Ovind, the Norwegian Ambassador to Korea. "Listening to the ambassador from Norway, a leading country in gender equality, I was able to learn how advanced nations have achieved gender equality," she said. "I'm looking forward to hearing more about how women leaders have developed their leadership skills during the rest of the event."

In addition to lectures and discussions, various events were held in the lobby, including a leadership style diagnosis kiosk. Yerin Song (22), a university student who tried out the kiosk, which identifies one's leadership style by answering three questions, said, "The kiosk identified me as a 'visionary leader,' which is very similar to my MBTI. I think the idea is great, and it's fun to experience these kinds of programs in addition to just attending the forum."

Next to the leadership diagnosis kiosk, there was also a line of participants waiting for the hologram photo zone. When participants stood in the photo zone, their faces were instantly transformed into animated versions on a nearby display.

This year, the 2025 Women Leaders Forum selected 29 new "Power K-Women." Since The Asia Business Daily began the "Power K-Women" initiative in 2022, the total number has reached 147, including 118 up to last year and 29 more this year. In addition, since 2016, the forum has been selecting and awarding outstanding companies that have promoted a work-life balance culture through the "Asia Gender Equality Index Awards."
