Hana Securities has designated this year as the inaugural year for establishing a "customer-centric value culture" and is implementing company-wide "customer-centric management," which positions the voice of the customer as the starting point for corporate strategy. Beginning with this event, the company is also preparing a "Hall of Fame" to honor customers who have contributed to the company's growth through profit contribution and long-term relationships. Related initiatives, such as Hall of Fame inductions and private seminars hosted by the CEO, will also be held.
