Using the product with an air conditioner in the summer or a boiler in the winter helps create a comfortable sleep environment while reducing energy consumption. Experiments showed that setting both the air conditioner and the "Sleep Mat Four Seasons" to 27 degrees Celsius improved sleep quality by 15% compared to using only the air conditioner at 25 degrees Celsius.
