Daejeon Urban Corporation participated in the "2025 Chungcheong Region Public Institutions Joint Recruitment Briefing Session," held at Chungbuk National University on September 11, providing recruitment information and employment support programs to young job seekers.


This briefing session was co-hosted by the Chungcheong Metropolitan Alliance and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, with 50 public institutions, investment, and funded organizations from the Chungcheong region participating. Approximately 2,000 local young job seekers attended, showing a high level of interest.


At the event, the corporation introduced efficient methods for securing employment at public enterprises through explanations of the recruitment process and job roles, as well as by operating a career counseling booth.


Additionally, tailored programs such as resume photo shoots and personal statement writing support were provided, offering practical assistance to attendees.


The event also featured a special lecture by a public enterprise employment expert, and key HR managers from major institutions directly introduced their recruitment plans and held Q&A sessions, creating a platform for communication tailored to young people.


Jung Kookyoung, President of Daejeon Urban Corporation, stated, "This joint recruitment briefing session provided quality job opportunities for local talent and served as a venue for cooperation and growth among public institutions in the Chungcheong region. Going forward, Daejeon Urban Corporation will continue to expand various talent development programs to help local youth stably plan their futures in their hometowns."
