Dongshin University announced on September 15 that the Department of Occupational Therapy recently held a job camp to strengthen students' employment interview skills.

This camp was conducted for 20 fourth-year students in the Department of Occupational Therapy, focusing on writing job applications and enhancing interview skills for those aiming to work at hospitals.

Through the 'AI Job Application Consulting' program, students wrote self-introduction letters that highlighted their core competencies and, based on these, organized a list of anticipated interview questions to develop their interview strategies.

During the 'Mock Interview Program,' a human resources expert was invited to provide systematic training on interview attitude and answering techniques. Multiple group interview practice sessions were then held, allowing students to prepare for real interview situations and build their confidence.

This program was supported by the Dongshin University Career Plus Center. The center also plans to run career and employment camps this semester for students in the Department of Companion Animal Studies and the Department of Health Administration.

Kim Heedong, head of the Department of Occupational Therapy, said, "We aim to support students in the Department of Occupational Therapy so they can strengthen not only their academic knowledge but also the practical skills needed for employment," adding, "We will continue to provide various forms of support to help our students grow into competitive job candidates."
