According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, the expected rainfall through the 14th is 50 to 150 mm in the Seoul metropolitan area, and 30 to 100 mm in the inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon Province. Incheon, northern Gyeonggi Province, and the five West Sea islands may receive over 200 mm, while the central and northern inland areas of Gangwon could see more than 150 mm. Northern Chungcheongnam-do and central and northern Chungcheongbuk-do are forecast to receive 30 to 80 mm (with some areas in northern Chungcheongnam-do exceeding 100 mm), southern Chungcheong region 20 to 60 mm, northern coastal Gangwon 10 to 40 mm, and central and southern coastal Gangwon 5 to 20 mm. Over the course of the 13th, Jeolla and Gyeongsang regions are expected to receive 5 to 40 mm of rain, and Jeju Island 5 to 20 mm.

Currently, a heavy rain advisory is in effect for the northeastern, southwestern, and northwestern districts of Seoul. A heavy rain advisory is issued when rainfall is expected to exceed 60 mm in three hours or 110 mm in twelve hours. Caution is advised due to the risk of stream and river flooding, as even with an umbrella, your legs below the knees could get soaked.

As of 5 a.m., temperatures in major cities were as follows: Seoul 26.1°C, Incheon 25.0°C, Suwon 23.4°C, Chuncheon 23.4°C, Gangneung 23.1°C, Cheongju 24.3°C, Daejeon 23.5°C, Jeonju 25.4°C, Gwangju 24.3°C, Jeju 26.3°C, Daegu 23.5°C, Busan 25.1°C, Ulsan 23.4°C, and Changwon 24.3°C.

The nationwide daytime high temperatures are forecast to range from 26°C to 34°C.

Fine dust concentrations are expected to remain at 'good' levels nationwide, thanks to smooth air circulation and rainfall.

Wave heights are expected to reach 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the nearshore waters of the East and South Seas, and 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the nearshore waters of the West Sea. In the offshore areas (about 200 km from the coastline), wave heights will be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East and South Seas, and 1.5 to 3.5 meters in the West Sea.
