This autumn opening will feature a large-scale flower field with 28 types of autumn flowers, including Cheonilhong (Globe Amaranth), and various hands-on programs, providing visitors with a healing space.
Notably, starting this year, an "admission fee refund system" will be introduced. In June and July, the city revised related ordinances and enforcement rules to promote coexistence with local businesses. During the opening period, a portion or the full amount of the admission fee paid by visitors will be returned as coupons. These refund coupons can be used at festival stalls and affiliated stores in Yangju 2-dong.
During the opening period, the admission fee for non-resident adults is 7,000 won (5,000 won refunded), and for teenagers, 5,000 won (3,000 won refunded). During the festival period (September 26-28), the admission fee is adjusted to 5,000 won for adults and 3,000 won for teenagers and military personnel, with the full amount refunded. Yangju citizens and military personnel are excluded from the refund during the general opening period, but they are eligible for a full refund during the festival period.
This year's flower field will feature 28 types of flowers, five more than last year. Two large shelters and ten photo zones have also been newly installed. The number of hands-on programs has been expanded from one to seven, including a flower field sightseeing cart, Cheonilhong crafts, catching mudfish, and making natural loofahs. A drone delivery service will also be introduced to offer visitors a unique experience.
A Yangju city official said, "We hope that families, friends, and acquaintances will visit Yangju Nari Farm to enjoy various flowers and experiences, and that it will be a meaningful time to grow together with the local community."
