This training was held on July 3 in the main auditorium on the 12th floor of the corporation's headquarters, with around 60 participants including employees from private inspection companies and supervisors of the corporation's buildings. This was a response to strengthened industrial safety and health policies, particularly the expanded enforcement of the Serious Accidents Punishment Act.
The training covered topics such as an overview and procedures of the risk assessment system, guidance on revised laws and regulations, case studies of building maintenance and inspection technologies, and precautions for using the Facility Management System (FMS). In particular, the 'Standard Model for Building Risk Assessment,' jointly developed by Busan Urban Corporation and the National Land Safety Management Institute, was introduced as a key focus.
The corporation plans to use this training as an opportunity to begin full-scale field application of the model and to continuously expand related systems and technologies in order to raise the level of building safety management.
Shin Changho, President of Busan Urban Corporation, stated, "The starting point for preventing serious accidents is systematic and proactive safety management," and added, "We will continue our efforts to establish a field-oriented safety culture and realize safety management."
