Partial Services Restored
Ticket Reservation Details Now Accessible
KISA Technical Support Accepted
Sequential Recovery Planned
On June 12, the restoration of data for checking Yes24 reservation records, which had been scheduled, was carried out. Additionally, future restoration processes are expected to proceed with technical support from the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA).
On June 12, Yes24 announced through the 'Yes24 Ticket' website that tickets could be collected on-site after identity verification. The notice stated, "Currently, it is not possible to check your reservation details via the website, but your reservation information can be verified at each venue's ticket box."
Furthermore, the company explained, "The schedule for resuming refund, reservation, and cancellation services will be announced separately in sequence."
It has been confirmed that future restoration will be conducted with technical support from KISA. On the afternoon of June 12, Yes24 reportedly accepted KISA's offer of technical assistance. A KISA representative stated, "This morning, Yes24 requested technical support," and added, "Specialized personnel will be dispatched to review the data, but the time required to confirm the extent of the damage and the recovery period may vary depending on the situation, so it could take some time."
Yes24, which has been experiencing access issues since the early morning of June 9, has had all services suspended for the fourth consecutive day as of today. Previously, Yes24 announced that it would begin restoration with the ticket reservation confirmation system on June 12 and proceed with sequential recovery through June 15. Initially, the company declined KISA's technical support and attempted independent restoration, but it has now changed its stance and is cooperating with KISA from June 12.
