Starseed (CEO Bomi Son) announced on June 12 that it has secured 2,000 client companies within one year of launching its AI-powered global PR automation platform, Pulitzer AI.
Users have generated a cumulative total of over 10,000 press releases through the service, with more than 2,000 of these being published as actual news articles. In addition, over 3,000 multilingual marketing copywriting pieces have been created, effectively supporting companies' promotional activities.
In particular, the service has demonstrated a high level of user engagement, with a subscription retention and renewal rate exceeding 90%, and a revisit rate of over 50%. More than 32% of all subscribers joined through referrals from acquaintances, indicating a strong organic inflow based on user experience and a high level of trust in the product. These achievements suggest that Pulitzer AI's technology, which automates the entire PR workflow?from press release writing to domestic and overseas distribution, media targeting, copywriting, and performance analysis?using AI, is increasingly being recognized for its effectiveness in the market.
According to a comprehensive analysis of all users, more than 30% of subscribers are companies related to public institutions and government projects, and they primarily utilize the 'press release writing' function. On the other hand, startups and small and medium-sized enterprises account for over 20% of the total, and they are effectively using the 'press release distribution' function in situations where internal PR personnel are relatively scarce. In addition, large corporations, including listed companies, are focusing on quickly identifying and responding to trends in coverage related to their companies and industries through the 'domestic and global news clipping' and AI-powered automatic monitoring functions. Furthermore, media companies and PR agencies are using Pulitzer AI as a means to optimize agency resources, with particular interest in the article auto-translation and multilingual content generation features.
To celebrate its third anniversary and the first anniversary of the Pulitzer AI service, Starseed is offering an event through the end of June that allows existing paid memberships to be experienced free of charge. CEO Bomi Son stated, "Through this event, more companies, PR teams, and marketers will be able to experience the effectiveness of AI-based PR solutions," and added, "We will continue to focus on helping more companies execute strategic PR easily and efficiently, based on our technology patents and the advancement of AI technology."
Meanwhile, Starseed secured pre-seed investment from VentureSquare in May 2024 and was recently selected for the '2025 Generative AI Startup Map' announced by Startup Alliance. Pulitzer AI supports the global PR activities of a wide range of clients, from startups to mid-sized and large companies, as well as public institutions, through various features such as press release writing and distribution, journalist matching, email draft generation, global news clipping, and multilingual support.
