Gwangju Urban Corporation Offers Vacant Units in Seonun District Dasaroum for General Sale

First and Second Priority Applications on the 20th and 23rd
Winners Announced on the 27th

Gwangju Urban Corporation Offers Vacant Units in Seonun District Dasaroum for General Sale Exterior view of Gwangju Urban Corporation.

Gwangju Urban Corporation (President Kim Seungnam) announced on June 9 that it will offer 28 vacant units for general sale in the Seonun District Dasaroum 10-year public rental housing complex during the conversion-to-sale period.

These units became vacant due to tenant move-outs during the conversion-to-sale period, and first-priority applications will be accepted through the Korea Real Estate Board's Cheongyak Home platform on June 10.

The available units consist of 19 units with an exclusive area of 49 square meters (sale price: 190.4 million KRW), 5 units with an exclusive area of 76 square meters (sale price: 276.5 million KRW), and 4 units with an exclusive area of 84 square meters (sale price: 293.4 million KRW). As these are part of an existing residential complex, they benefit from well-established surrounding infrastructure and are offered at prices lower than the current market rate. The units will be handed over in their current condition after the previous tenants have vacated.

Eligibility for application is limited to adult residents of Gwangju who are members of a non-homeowner household and have subscribed to a housing savings account. To qualify for first-priority status, applicants must have been members of a housing subscription savings plan or a comprehensive housing subscription savings plan for at least six months and have made at least six monthly payments. Successful applicants will be subject to a three-year re-application restriction.

The recruitment notice for tenants can be found on the Gwangju Urban Corporation website and the Korea Real Estate Board's Cheongyak Home platform. For more details, inquiries can be made to the corporation's rental housing call center.
