Wage Agreement Signed for Second Consecutive Year Without Labor Disputes

Yongin Everline Operation Co., Ltd. (CEO Jeong Chunhee, hereinafter referred to as "the company") and the Yongin Light Rail Transit branch of the National Public Transport Social Service Labor Union (Branch Chief Kang Yuseong, hereinafter referred to as "the union") announced that they signed the "2025 Wage Agreement and Labor-Management Cooperation Declaration for Company Development and Vision Realization" on April 30, 2025, one day before Workers' Day.
In particular, the wage agreement was concluded for the second consecutive year without any labor disputes. This labor-management cooperation declaration was established to foster a mutually beneficial labor-management culture based on collaborative relations and to provide citizens with improved rail transportation services.
Through the declaration, the company and the union pledged to faithfully observe and implement the following: promoting peaceful and amicable wage and collective bargaining in accordance with laws and principles; making autonomous and independent efforts to resolve disagreements; setting joint goals for management rationalization and productivity improvement; cooperating to enhance the welfare and competence of union members; realizing a zero-accident workplace; and collaborating to create an innovative and creative corporate culture.
Jeong Chunhee, CEO of Yongin Everline Operation, stated, "With this labor-management cooperation declaration as an opportunity, we will do our utmost to establish a stable labor-management relationship based on trust and cooperation, and to provide citizens with even better services."
