Korea Student Aid Foundation Achieves Zero Penalty Points for Four Consecutive Years in Public Institution Integrated Disclosure Inspection

The Korea Student Aid Foundation (Chairman Bae Byungil) announced that it achieved zero penalty points for the fourth consecutive year in the 2024 public institution integrated disclosure inspection conducted by the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

The integrated disclosure system, in accordance with the Act on the Management of Public Institutions, requires all public institutions to disclose key management information through the public institution management information system (ALIO). The Ministry of Economy and Finance conducts inspections three times a year and imposes penalty points on institutions based on the severity of violations such as false disclosures or disclosure errors.

As the overall quality of integrated disclosures among all public institutions has continued to improve, resulting in a 9.2% decrease in total penalty points compared to the previous year, the Korea Student Aid Foundation has made company-wide efforts to maintain its record of zero penalty points. These efforts include actively disclosing ESG voluntary disclosure items, strengthening competency training for disclosure staff and internal inspections, and providing incentives to outstanding staff members.

The Korea Student Aid Foundation was selected as an excellent disclosure institution in 2023, receiving incentives such as exemption from disclosure inspections and preferential treatment in management evaluations. In 2024, the foundation continues to achieve zero penalty points for the fourth consecutive year.
