Contract Services Now Available on Weekends and Public Holidays
On May 2, KB Life Insurance announced that it has launched a new customer-centric digital insurance service by advancing its digital platform.
KB Life now offers the "365 Service," which allows customers to handle real-time insurance contract tasks not only on weekdays but also on weekends and public holidays.
Customers can now use the cyber and mobile centers to manage premium payments, payouts, and automatic transfers even on weekends and public holidays.
The company has also enhanced its contract management features. Through mobile, customers can now use the "Policyholder Change Service" to transfer policyholder rights to another person, and the "Designated Agent Claim Service" to process claims in situations where the policyholder is unable to do so due to illness or advanced age, all without face-to-face interaction.
KB Life has added personalized coverage and asset management services to its website, including insurance diagnosis and pension analysis.
Through the insurance diagnosis service, customers can check their coverage level and premium analysis results for 11 major coverages, compared to others in the same age group. The company also provides a personalized design service by applying a machine learning-based rider recommendation model.
The pension analysis service integrates customers' personal pensions, retirement pensions, and National Pension data to estimate expected pension payments by age group, helping customers plan their finances for retirement.
Care and health-related content has also been enhanced.
A representative from KB Life stated, "We aim to become a lifelong partner for our customers by providing asset management and care and health consulting services that cover not only insurance but also life after retirement."
