Daeryun Law Firm (Representative Attorney Kim Guk-il and Ko Byung-jun) signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with Koriny, a comprehensive U.S. real estate platform company, at its Seoul headquarters on the 12th. Through this agreement, they plan to expand international legal service support, including U.S. real estate investment consulting, review of residential and commercial lease contracts, and corporate establishment and operation consulting.

Attendees at the signing ceremony included Daeryun Representative Attorney Park Dong-il (8th Bar Exam), U.S. attorney Kim Mia, Koriny CEO Moon Tae-young, Nam Do-hee, head of Koriny's Los Angeles branch, and Choi Eun-kyung, head of the Boston branch.

Koriny is a comprehensive real estate solution platform company headquartered in New York. It provides a wide range of services from real estate leasing and sales to corporate asset management and overseas expansion consulting. Recently, it expanded its service areas to San Francisco, Washington D.C., Seattle, and other locations, entering 16 major cities across the U.S.
