The Suwon Nambu Fire Station in Gyeonggi Province is conducting a fire tactics training evaluation until the 13th to strengthen on-site response expertise and improve firefighting tactical skills.
The evaluation targets firefighters working on-site, and the evaluation areas include ▲Fire field (proficiency in wearing personal protective equipment) ▲Driving field (basic and emergency operation of pump vehicles) ▲Rescue field (rope descent and climbing) ▲Emergency medical field (securing intravenous access and airway obstruction treatment), among others.
Go Young-ju, chief of the Suwon Nambu Fire Station, stated, "We expect this evaluation to be an opportunity for our staff to elevate their expertise to the next level," adding, "We will continue to strive to become firefighters who respond swiftly to disasters through various trainings and education."
