Jeju Special Self-Governing Province to Hire 43 New Public Officials Jeju Island Government Office

Jeju Special Self-Governing Province will hire 43 new permanent government employees this year, an increase of 17 compared to last year's 26.


On the 7th, Jeju Province announced the '2025 Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Permanent Employee Open Recruitment Examination Plan' on the Jeju Provincial Government website. The number of positions to be filled was determined based on retirements and departmental vacancies.


The province will accept online applications from the 28th to April 4th. After the written exam on the 26th, which includes Korean History (20 questions) and Social Studies (20 questions), interviews will be held on June 10th, and the final successful candidates will be announced on the 17th.


Applications can be submitted through the Local Government Integrated Online Application Center. For more details, refer to the announcement posted in the exam information section of the Jeju Provincial Government website or contact the Human Resources Recruitment Team of the Jeju Provincial Government General Affairs Division.


Meanwhile, Jeju City and Seogwipo City are also conducting their own permanent employee recruitment processes. The number of positions and detailed schedules can be found on the respective administrative city websites.
