Gwangju and Jeonnam will be mostly clear on the 7th, but clouds will increase in the afternoon.

According to the Gwangju Meteorological Administration, Gwangju and Jeonnam will be on the edge of a high-pressure system moving southeast from northern China on this day. Morning low temperatures will range from -4 to 2 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs will be between 9 and 12 degrees Celsius.

The morning lows are expected to be -3 degrees in Jangseong, Damyang, Yeonggwang, Hampyeong, Yeongam, Haenam, and Boseong; -2 degrees in Muan, Jangheung, Gangjin, and Goheung; -1 degree in Gwangju and Gurye; 0 degrees in Mokpo, Jindo, Wando, and Suncheon; 1 degree in Sinan and Gwangyang; and 2 degrees in Yeosu.

Daytime highs will be 12 degrees in Gwangju, Jangseong, Damyang, Gokseong, and Gurye; 11 degrees in Naju, Hwasun, Suncheon, Gwangyang, Yeongam, Jangheung, Haenam, Gangjin, and Wando; 10 degrees in Yeonggwang, Hampyeong, Muan, Sinan, Jindo, Goheung, and Boseong; and 9 degrees in Mokpo and Yeosu, which is higher than the previous day.

Waves on both the West Sea and South Sea will be 0.5 to 1.5 meters high. Fine dust levels will be 'moderate,' while ultrafine dust levels will be 'bad' until the morning.

A Gwangju Meteorological Administration official said, "After the fog clears on the 7th, there may be light fog or haze (a phenomenon where fine particles in the air make it look hazy) mainly in inland areas during the day, so please take care of your health."
