Ulju-gun, Ulsan City is accepting applications for the '2025 Facility House Smart Farm Facility Support Project' to promote the spread of smart agriculture through the establishment of ICT convergence automation facilities in facility houses.
The support targets are farmers, agricultural corporations, and producer organizations who have an address in Ulsan City and cultivate vegetables and flowers in fixed facility houses located on farmland in Ulju-gun.
Applicants must be agricultural management entities that have registered agricultural management information for more than one year as of the application date. The farmland eligible for the project must be either owned by the applicant or have a leasehold secured for a certain period or longer.
The support includes the installation of smart farm facilities (sensors, video, control equipment + information systems) such as ICT convergence facilities, equipment, and information systems in existing facility houses, or the new construction or reconstruction of automated vinyl greenhouses that include ICT convergence facilities and related facilities.
Applications can be submitted by visiting the administrative welfare center (industry team) of the town or township where the project farmland is located by the 21st of next month. Necessary documents for the application must be prepared in advance and submitted, which can be found on the Ulju-gun Office website (Open Administration - Notices - General Announcements).
An Ulju-gun official stated, “We will strive to promote the distribution of facilities to reduce the initial cost burden for installing smart farm facilities, increase accessibility to smart agriculture, and improve productivity.”
