Recruiting 30 Companies: Full Support for Exhibition Booths, Transportation, and Interpretation Fees
The Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business (KBIZ) announced on the 5th that it is recruiting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to participate in the product exhibition booths linked to the '23rd World Korean Business Convention.'
The World Korean Business Convention is a global business event where Korean entrepreneurs from around the world network, and this year it will be held from April 17 to 20 in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
This year’s convention will feature various programs to support the overseas market entry of excellent domestic SMEs, including product exhibitions, forums, and startup competitions.
As the organizer of the convention, KBIZ plans to set up an SME product exhibition hall (KBIZ Hall) and select 30 outstanding SMEs in sectors such as beauty, food, consumer goods, building materials, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals to participate. Selected companies will receive support for one exhibition booth per company (including setup costs), transportation expenses, and interpretation fees.
Choo Moon-gap, Head of the Economic Policy Division at KBIZ, stated, “Globalization is not an option but a necessity for SMEs. This is a great opportunity to pioneer export markets by utilizing the network of Korean businesspeople abroad who act as local sales agents in various countries. We look forward to many SMEs interested in exploring overseas markets applying to participate.”
