The bokjori will be hung at six major domestic business locations, including the Korean Air check-in counters and lounges at Incheon International Airport Terminal 2, and the headquarters located in Gonghang-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, from the 22nd of this month until the 4th of next month.

Hanging bokjori is a traditional Korean seasonal custom on the first day of the lunar new year, where a newly made bokjori (a traditional rice winnowing basket) is hung on the wall to wish for good fortune. It symbolizes gathering a year's worth of blessings, just as rice is gathered in the bokjori.

Korean Air has been holding the bokjori hanging event since 2008 to pray for the health and happiness of its customers during Seollal, the nation's biggest holiday, and to preserve Korea's unique customs and traditions.
