The Dahamkke Care Center is a social welfare facility that provides various child care programs for elementary school students who need care during vacations and after school. Since 2020, Pyeongtaek City has established and operated nine Dahamkke Care Centers within the city.
The newly opened Dahamkke Care Center Branch No. 10 employs one center director with expertise in child care and three care teachers. It operates from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. during the school term and from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. during vacations. They are currently recruiting children for use, and families wishing to enroll can contact the center directly.
Kim Daehwan, Director of Welfare at Pyeongtaek City, said, "We will continue to make efforts to expand the Dahamkke Care Centers, elementary care institutions, to create a Pyeongtaek City that is good for raising children."
