President Yoon Seok-yeol to Appear in Person for Impeachment Trial on the 21st (Update)

President Yoon Suk-yeol will attend the impeachment trial hearing scheduled for the 21st.

Yoon's lawyer, Yoon Gap-geun, announced on the 20th, "The president will appear at the Constitutional Court tomorrow."

This is the first time a president facing impeachment has appeared in person at the Constitutional Court trial.

Former Presidents Roh Moo-hyun and Park Geun-hye never appeared even once.
