Launch of Four Types of Meat Marinades
Dongwon F&B announced on the 20th that it is launching the cooking seasoning brand 'Harumi' and will actively target the seasoning sauce market.
Harumi, which means "proposing the meal that is most true to yourself during the day," is a seasoning sauce product following Dongwon F&B's liquid seasoning 'Dongwon Tuna Extract' and powdered seasoning 'Tuna Dashi.' Dongwon F&B plans to continuously introduce various seasoning products incorporating trends such as low sugar, gluten-free, and halal certification.
The Harumi seasoning sauces launched with the brand are four types of meat seasonings. They consist of beef ribs, beef bulgogi, pork ribs, and pork bulgogi, allowing easy meal preparation by simply pouring the seasoning according to the meat cut and usage. Made with domestic natural ingredients such as onion, ginger, and apple, the top three meat seasoning products use 'Disugar,' which optimally blends allulose, a sugar substitute, resulting in more than 50% less sugar content on average compared to similar products.
A Dongwon F&B representative said, "In preparation for the upcoming Lunar New Year, we introduced meat seasonings that can be conveniently used for various holiday dishes such as galbijjim and LA galbi," adding, "In the future, we plan to launch various seasoning products that can be used for K-food like tteokbokki and representative Korean dishes such as jjigae."
The four types of 'Harumi Meat Seasoning' (beef ribs, beef bulgogi, pork ribs, pork bulgogi) each weigh 500g and are priced at 4,980 won.
