You Can Now Check Real-Time Parking Lot Status
Parking navigation startup Vestella Lab announced on the 14th that it has introduced the indoor parking guidance service "Watchmile" at the apartment complex "The Sharp Jije Station Central Park 2BL" in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province. This apartment complex is a large residential complex with 1,674 households and a total of 2,130 parking spaces.
With the introduction of Watchmile, residents can now monitor the parking lot status in real time. They can check how crowded the parking lot is, whether there are available spots in electric vehicle, compact car, or disabled parking zones, and can immediately find where their car is parked.
Vestella Lab is a company specializing in AI technology tailored for parking lots. The AI model, trained with a Large Language Model (LLM), accurately analyzes parking status using only existing CCTV footage and guides users to parking spaces. The company has commercialized Watchmile at locations such as Incheon Airport, Seoul Station, Cheonho Station, and KINTEX. It is currently expanding its business to large residential complexes and knowledge industry centers.
