Imsil-gun Imposes Regular License Registration Tax

Payment via Wetax, Giro, and Other Methods

Imsil County, North Jeolla Province, announced on the 14th that it has imposed and notified a total of 10,469 cases of the 2025 regular license registration tax (license) amounting to 183 million KRW.

The amount of the license registration tax (license portion) remains the same as the previous year according to the license type: Type 1 is 27,000 KRW, Type 2 is 18,000 KRW, Type 3 is 12,000 KRW, Type 4 is 9,000 KRW, and Type 5 is 4,500 KRW.

Taxpayers can pay the license registration tax through various payment methods.

This year, with the newly launched next-generation local tax payment system ARS (142211), credit card payments are now available. Payment can also be made conveniently at all financial institutions and bank CD/ATM machines nationwide, through virtual account transfers, Wetax, Giro, and other methods.

The county will organize a payment promotion team until the payment deadline to handle any difficulties or suggestions related to the license registration tax.
