To this end, the county has completed maintenance and safety checks on local sports facilities such as Simcheon Soccer Field, gymnasiums, and futsal fields. In particular, hospitality training was provided to local accommodation and restaurant workers to ensure a perfect welcome for the winter training teams.

Various educational programs have also been prepared to provide participating athletes with a richer experience. Programs highlighting local characteristics will be offered at Haedongsa, the Donghak Peasant Revolution Memorial Hall, and the Astronomical Science Center, and athletes will also benefit from free use of public sports facilities.

In addition, in cooperation with the Jeollanam-do Sports Science Center, which is located in Jangheung County and is the only one of its kind in Jeollanam-do, physical fitness assessments will be conducted for participating athletes. Based on these results, systematic and scientific training programs will be provided. This is expected to further enhance the quality of training and maximize the outcomes of the winter training camp.

Governor Kim Sung stated, "We will provide a systematic environment to maximize the training efficiency of participating athletes," and added, "We expect that attracting a large number of training teams will have a positive impact on the local economy."
