The SBS Friday-Saturday drama "My Perfect Secretary," supported by Pohang City, recorded a 6.5% viewership rating from its first week of broadcast, raising expectations for the major tourist attractions in Pohang that will be featured as the drama's backdrop.

With locations harmonizing with the emotional atmosphere of the romance drama, Pohang City's production support aimed at promoting the region's charm included representative Pohang landmarks such as Yeonorang Seonyeo Theme Park, Igari Anchor Observatory, and Songlim Theme Street as the drama's settings.

Songlim Theme Street boasts a unique landscape where dense pine forests and fields of purple Liriope muscari blend, creating a tranquil atmosphere that is expected to add a more romantic touch to the drama.

Igari Anchor Observatory, already famous as a photo zone with its unique structure seemingly floating above the sea and its panoramic ocean views, is anticipated to attract attention within the drama. Yeonorang Seonyeo Theme Park, a space combining traditional folklore with modern sensibilities, is expected to maximize the drama's emotional impact as a backdrop.

Broadcast every Friday at 10 PM and Saturday at 9:50 PM, "My Perfect Secretary" began airing on the 3rd, achieving nationwide viewership ratings of 5.2% for episode 1 and 6.5% for episode 2, garnering significant attention. As Pohang's attractions are scheduled to appear in the latter part of the drama, interest in the region's tourist spots is expected to increase alongside the drama's popularity.
