Disclosure of Prior Information and Original Text, Positive Feedback on Customer Management
Hampyeong County in Jeonnam announced on the 9th that it received an "Excellent" grade in the 2024 Comprehensive Information Disclosure Evaluation organized by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.
This evaluation reviewed the information disclosure performance of 554 public institutions nationwide. Hampyeong County scored 87.35 points, achieving a two-level rise in its grade compared to last year.
In the detailed assessment, Hampyeong County received high marks in proactive information disclosure, original document disclosure, and customer management, with notable efforts in improving the information disclosure system and enhancing accessibility for residents.
Hampyeong County plans to realize more trustworthy public administration by expanding the pre-registration of information of public interest and increasing the rate of original document disclosure.
Jung Sangwoo, head of the Civil Service Division, stated, "We will continue proactive and active information disclosure to guarantee residents' right to know and to strengthen communication and transparency," adding, "Building on this achievement, we will make Hampyeong County even more trusted by the public."
