Delivery in Four Time Slots: Dawn, Morning, Afternoon, and Night
NS Home Shopping announced on the 30th that it has signed a business agreement with Lotte Global Logistics (Lotte Courier) to introduce the 'Scheduled Delivery' service.

The business agreement ceremony held on the 27th at the Seoul Southeast Distribution Complex (Jangji-dong, Songpa-gu) was attended by Yudaehee, Head of Customer Support Division at NS Home Shopping, Jeong Jinyoung, Head of Last Mile Division at Lotte Global Logistics, and other working-level officials.
Through this business agreement, NS Home Shopping plans to establish a process to provide Lotte Courier's Scheduled Delivery service to consumers and start operations in 2025. This service, launched on the 17th, offers a delivery option that allows customers to specify one of four time slots?dawn, morning, afternoon, or night?for delivery anywhere in Seoul.
NS Home Shopping currently operates the early morning delivery service 'SsingSsing Delivery,' same-day delivery 'Today Service,' and 'Direct Courier Same-Day Delivery Service,' which delivers from partner logistics warehouses to the delivery address on the same day. With the business agreement with Lotte Courier to introduce the Scheduled Delivery service, NS Home Shopping will be able to focus more on fostering and strengthening optimal delivery services for consumers.
Head Yudaehee stated, "NS Home Shopping strives to deliver optimized services to customers by ensuring product quality and delivery quality," adding, "We will enhance our competitiveness by providing customized delivery services that can deliver products at the time slots customers want."
