As the second impeachment vote against President Yoon Seok-yeol took place in the National Assembly, conservative groups gathered around the Gwanghwamun area on the 14th.

The rally, hosted by the Korea Righting Citizens' Movement Headquarters (Daegukbon), the Liberty Unification Party, and the National Security Citizens' Organizations Federation, drew an unofficial police estimate of 41,000 people. The organizers claimed 6 million participants.

They shouted slogans such as "Oppose Impeachment," "Arrest Lee Jae-myung," "Purge Han Dong-hoon," "Disband the Democratic Party," "Eradicate the Juche faction," and "Stop the Impeachment at All Costs." The police controlled all lanes and sidewalks in the area where the rally was held.

At around 4 p.m., when the impeachment vote began, Jeon Gwang-hoon, chairman of Daegukbon, took the stage and said, "Watching President Yoon declare martial law this time, he has become a political genius," adding, "Mr. President, do not be afraid and trust the citizens of Gwanghwamun."

Hong Soo-hwan, honorary chairman of the Korea Boxing Commission, also took the stage, urging the rejection of the impeachment motion by saying, "We must protect President Yoon," and "We must hit again and again to win. God is on our side."
