TerraScience, 1.5 Billion Capital Increase... Third-Party Allocation to WePlus Investment Association

Terascience announced on the 13th that it has decided to conduct a third-party allotment paid-in capital increase to raise approximately 1.5 billion KRW for operating funds and other purposes.

New shares totaling 10,791,366 common shares will be issued at 139 KRW per share. The third-party allotment recipient is WePlus Investment Association.
