The Korea Student Aid Foundation (Chairman Bae Byeong-il) has obtained the 2024 Fair Recruitment Excellence Institution Certification for four consecutive years, becoming the first financial-type public institution to achieve this.
The Fair Recruitment Excellence Institution Certification system is a program that grants certification through evaluation to public institutions and companies that exemplarily operate fair recruitment centered on job competency by excluding bias factors during recruitment to foster a fair recruitment culture.

The evaluation criteria are divided into three categories: recruitment system, recruitment operation, and recruitment performance. Through document review and on-site inspection by the evaluation committee, the Foundation has acquired the Fair Recruitment Excellence Institution Certification for four consecutive years.
The Korea Student Aid Foundation strictly implements blind recruitment and hires talent based on job competency using the National Competency Standards (NCS), which standardizes the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required for job performance.
In particular, this year, the Foundation strengthened recruitment fairness by introducing a new Recruitment Verification Committee that checks compliance with relevant laws and regulations at each stage of the recruitment process through a separate procedure.
Kang Jun-hee, Standing Director of the Korea Student Aid Foundation, stated, “We are making continuous efforts to establish a fair recruitment process centered on job competency, and we will take the lead in spreading a recruitment culture where all youth and job seekers can compete fairly based on their abilities.”
