ChannelTalk Supports AI Adoption for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

AI Agent 'Alpeu' Promotion Launch

Channel Corporation, which operates the AI business messenger ‘Channel Talk,’ announced on the 13th that it will conduct the ‘ALF Intern Recruitment Promotion’ to support small and medium-sized enterprises in adopting AI.

ALF is an AI agent service that understands conversational context based on natural language and autonomously handles customer service tasks by finding appropriate consultation information. Since the pilot version was launched in April, it has been adopted by over 800 companies, processing about 30% of all consultations without human intervention. In particular, it responds to simple customer inquiries even outside business hours, improving overall operational efficiency.

This promotion was prepared for companies that recognize the need for AI in customer service but face difficulties in actual implementation. Channel Corporation likened the AI agent ‘ALF’ to an intern working 24 hours a day and created ALF intern recruitment promotion souvenirs containing resumes and career descriptions. These will be sequentially delivered within this month to about 1,000 existing Channel Talk clients with a certain level of consultation volume.

Jae-won Park, head of the marketing team at Channel Corporation, said, “This promotion was planned to share the value ALF is creating across various industries and to lower the barriers to AI adoption. Companies aiming to strengthen brand competitiveness and operational efficiency through AI will be able to fully experience the potential of the AI agent ALF.”
