At around 4:20 a.m., the Arisu Headquarters installed safety facilities at the site and has been conducting restoration work including excavation since 9 a.m. They plan to complete road paving and other restoration by 8 p.m. that day.
An official from the Arisu Headquarters stated, "Due to traffic restrictions caused by the leak repair work, traffic congestion is expected from Miasageori Station toward Gireum Station, so please use detour routes."
