RaonSecure Selected as a '2024 Korea Work-Life Balance Excellent Company'

IT security and authentication platform company RaonSecure (CEO Lee Soon-hyung, Lee Jung-ah) has been selected as a ‘2024 Korea Work-Life Balance Excellent Company,’ jointly hosted by government ministries and economic organizations.

RaonSecure earned this honor by operating diverse welfare programs that enable employees to balance work and personal life effectively, achieving both efficient work productivity and high job satisfaction simultaneously.

The company guarantees employees’ choice of working hours through a flexible attendance system and has created a relaxing environment in the office lounge with a book caf?, snack vending machines, nap rooms, and game consoles. Additionally, a wine refrigerator is provided, allowing employees to enjoy premium wine while overlooking the Han River view, which has received great positive feedback from staff.

In particular, on the third Friday of every month, RaonSecure operates ‘Family Day,’ allowing employees to work only the morning shift and spend time with their families.
