Woowa Brothers Hosts 'Elegant Mentoring Concert' Featuring Chef Choi Hyun-seok

Online and Offline Talk Concert Held

Woowa Brothers announced on the 9th that they held the ‘2024 Woowa Mentoring Concert’ both online and offline, inviting about 80 scholarship recipients of the ‘Woowa Boss’s Children Scholarship.’

The ‘Woowa Boss’s Children Scholarship’ is a scholarship program operated with 10 billion KRW out of the 20 billion KRW donation pledged by Woowa Brothers founders Kim Bong-jin and Seol Bo-mi for restaurant business owners. Woowa Brothers adds to the donation every year to support the scholarship fund.

The ‘Woowa Mentoring Concert,’ held on the 7th at Lotte World Tower in Songpa-gu, Seoul, was planned to conclude the annual scholarship project for the scholarship recipients and to encourage them by sharing stories of mutual growth.

Special guest mentor Chef Choi Hyun-seok, who appeared on variety shows such as ‘Black and White Chef’ and ‘Please Take Care of My Refrigerator,’ gave a lecture titled ‘How to Find Your Own Pursuit of Taste,’ introducing his culinary journey. He said, “Running hard is good, but you must become someone who loves yourself,” and added, “Because the experiences you love accumulate to become a great foundation in life, I hope you have many happy and enjoyable experiences,” delivering a message of challenge and encouragement to the scholarship students.
