Scheduled to be included in the first official solo album 'Rozy'
The song "Apartment" (APT.), inspired by the Korean drinking game 'Apartment Game,' has maintained a top position for four consecutive weeks on the UK Official Singles Chart Top 100. Sung by BLACKPINK member Ros? and pop star Bruno Mars, the track has gained global popularity with its repetitive chorus "Apartment Apartment" and lively band sound.
According to the latest chart released on the 15th (local time), "Apartment" ranked 3rd, continuing its position from the previous week. The 1st place was held by Gracie Abrams' "That's So True," and 2nd place by Gigi Perez's "Sailor Song," the same as the previous week.
"Apartment" entered the Top 100 last month at 4th place, rose to 2nd place the following week, and then held 3rd place for two consecutive weeks. The only K-pop song to have reached 1st place on this chart is Psy's "Gangnam Style." BTS member Jimin's solo second album title track "Who" ranked 75th on the Top 100, marking its 17th consecutive week on the chart, and BLACKPINK's Jennie's "Mantra" entered for the 5th consecutive week at 98th place.
"Apartment" was released as a pre-release single ahead of Ros?'s official comeback on the 6th of next month and will be included in her first full solo album "rosie." The album "rosie" will contain a total of 12 tracks, including the title track and "Apartment." Ros? participated in writing and composing all the songs on this album, promising to share a more honest and intimate story of herself.
