51st Anniversary Ceremony at Suwon Plant
"Focusing Capabilities on High-Growth, High-Profit Businesses"
Jang Deok-hyun, CEO of Samsung Electro-Mechanics, urged at the 51st anniversary ceremony held at the Suwon plant on the 1st, "Let's focus our business capabilities on high-growth and high-profit businesses to expand sales of artificial intelligence (AI), server, and automotive products," adding, "In particular, let's enhance our technological competitiveness, increase leading-edge products, and leap forward as the best technology company."

Additionally, CEO Jang stated, "Let's strengthen quality, maximize internal efficiency through productivity and cost structure improvements, and build a robust business structure that remains resilient against external environmental risks, shifting our business structure toward growth markets such as AI, servers, and automotive."
The ceremony was attended by CEO Jang, executives, and 300 employees. Employees from domestic plants including Busan and Sejong participated via live broadcast. During the ceremony, CEO Jang presented awards to employees and explained the company's management status and mid-to-long-term vision for new businesses to the company members. The awards ceremony especially recognized employees who made efforts to change the company’s organizational culture.
