The Rail Network Authority won the Grand Prize with the ‘G.T.X. (Great Team eXperience) Program for Internalizing Core Values.’
This program was designed to internalize the core values of the Rail Network Authority for junior employees. It focused on encouraging active participation by moving away from the traditional one-way lecture format and introducing communication experience methods such as VR experiences, the use of Chat GPT, role-playing, and step-by-step missions.
Lee Seong-hae, Chairman of the Rail Network Authority, said, “Winning the Grand Prize is meaningful as it is an achievement that externally recognizes the Authority’s efforts in talent development,” and added, “The Rail Network Authority will continue to strive for change and innovation in developing employees’ capabilities and nurturing talent.”
