We will enhance the emergency transport system and the capabilities of personnel to provide high-quality 119 emergency services."
He emphasized, "In addition to establishing a flawless disaster preparedness posture and developing and distributing highly effective special equipment for the field, we will build a digital-based 119 reporting system. We will improve the quality of personal protective equipment and develop fire extinguishing agents highly adaptable to metal fires."
Commissioner Heo said, "We will spare no support in pioneering overseas markets for the firefighting industry and developing new technologies and products. We will also strengthen health management and the treatment of the families of firefighters who died in the line of duty so that firefighting officials can take pride and devote themselves to public safety."
