Yang Kyung-soo, chairman of the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions (KCTU), said on the road in front of Sungnyemun in Jung-gu, Seoul, "A regime that blatantly distorts and denies history has no right to represent this country, and an immoral power stained with all kinds of corruption must be punished," adding, "We can no longer tolerate the reckless and regressive actions of the Yoon Seok-yeol regime."

In Seoul, the police estimated 5,000 participants, while the organizers estimated 10,000. After the rally, they marched toward the presidential office in Yongsan-gu. Some participants used smoke bombs, leading to physical clashes with the police. During this process, one person was detained on charges of obstructing official duties.

In Busan, about 1,000 people gathered in front of Jeonpo Intersection in Jin-gu for the 'Yoon Seok-yeol Resignation and Social Reform Busan National Rally' held that afternoon. They claimed, "There is no answer in the current government," and "We must start serious discussions about a new Republic of Korea where the people are happy."

Ulsan People's Action held a rally in front of Lotte Department Store in Nam-gu, with the organizers estimating around 3,000 participants. They pointed out, "The regime is conducting investigations as if labor unions are criminal organizations, labeling opposition forces as anti-state elements, and suppressing opposition parties and progressive parties," adding, "Real wages have been declining for three years, and dining out costs have risen so much that even a monthly family gathering is difficult."

About 60 members of the Gwangju University Student Progressive Union held a rally near the Asia Culture Center in Dong-gu, Gwangju, shouting slogans such as "We cannot leave this as it is." Simultaneous rallies were held in a total of 11 locations, including Jeju, Chungnam, Chungbuk, Jeonbuk, and Gangwon. The National People's Action announced that the total number of rally participants over the two days, including the day before, reached 100,000.
