Shinsegae I&C to Cancel Treasury Shares Worth 18.7 Billion KRW Within This Year

Shinsegae I&C announced on the 26th that it has decided to cancel treasury shares worth 18.7 billion KRW within this year.

The company stated that it will cancel 1,931,460 shares, accounting for 48% of the total 4,054,190 treasury shares, within this year.

Based on the closing price of 9,680 KRW on the 26th, the amount to be canceled is approximately 18.7 billion KRW.
