Im Man-gyun, Chair of Seoul City Council Recovery Committee, Attends Trustworthy 'Arisu Festival'

Im Man-gyun, Chairman of the Environment and Water Resources Committee of the Seoul Metropolitan Council (Democratic Party, Gwanak 3), participated in the ‘Arisu Day’ event held at Gwanghwamun Cheonggye Plaza on the afternoon of the 5th, hosted by the Seoul Metropolitan Government to commemorate 116 years of tap water supply.

The ‘116th Anniversary Arisu Day Festival’ was planned to celebrate and enjoy Arisu with citizens on the occasion of 116 years of Seoul’s tap water supply. Chairman Im congratulated the event and joined Mayor Oh Se-hoon, Ambassador Park Jin-hee, and others in the main event, a blind test called ‘Find the True Arisu Fan,’ enjoying the festival activities.

In his congratulatory speech, Chairman Im expressed gratitude to the numerous citizens and Seoul Arisu Headquarters staff who gathered despite the bad weather for the ‘116th Anniversary Arisu Day’ festival. He emphasized, “The quality of Arisu, Seoul’s tap water, is guaranteed to be excellent worldwide,” and added, “The council will continue to provide unwavering support so that more Seoul citizens can trust and drink Arisu,” celebrating the event.
