Mapo-gu Holds University Early Admission Information Session with EBS Instructor Yoon Yoon-gu

Mapo-gu (Mayor Park Kang-su) announced that it will hold the "2025 Academic Year Early Admission Strategy Briefing Session" at 10 a.m. on July 27 in the main auditorium of Mapo-gu Office for 500 students and parents preparing for college entrance exams.

This briefing session was organized to help students and parents who are having difficulty acquiring information due to the rapidly changing college entrance exam system and to support systematic preparation for early admissions.

To strategically plan college admission according to the direction of the 2025 academic year early admission, Mapo-gu invited Yoon Yoon-gu, a representative EBS college entrance exam lecturer and an advisory member of the Ministry of Education's education policy committee.

Yoon Yoon-gu will explain in an easy-to-understand manner the characteristics and preparation methods of the 2025 college entrance exam system and the features of early admission screening of major universities for about two hours.

Participation in the briefing session will be on a first-come, first-served basis from July 15 to 24, and applications can be made by accessing the QR code on the poster posted on the Mapo-gu Office website.

Additionally, Mapo-gu plans to hold a regular admission strategy briefing session and 1:1 customized admission counseling sessions later to resolve students' and parents' questions about college entrance exams and support successful admission.

Park Kang-su, Mayor of Mapo-gu, said, "We have prepared this briefing session so that students and parents can strategically analyze and prepare for the complex admission systems and screening processes," adding, "We hope this briefing session will alleviate concerns and uncertainties about the direction and methods of early admissions, and Mapo-gu will always support young people in achieving their dreams."
