E-Land, Group Strategic Planning Headquarters ESI New Employee Recruitment

Eland announced on the 17th that it is recruiting new employees for the first half of 2024 for ESI (Eland Strategic Intelligence), which will help create the group's core business strategies.


ESI was established in 2007 and has been a key talent development organization responsible for consulting group affiliates and launching new businesses for 17 years. It nurtures executives and key leaders within the group through diverse job experiences and business operations.

This recruitment seeks talents in various job fields including ▲strategic planning (domestic/overseas) ▲business development ▲human resources ▲finance/funding. They will work on projects spanning B2C (business-to-consumer) businesses such as ▲fashion ▲retail ▲F&B ▲hotel & leisure ▲construction & theme parks. Global projects in countries like China and Vietnam are also planned.


Applicants must be graduates of a four-year university or expected to graduate by February 2025. Those on leave of absence, graduate students, and international students may apply regardless of their major. Male applicants must have completed or been exempted from military service.


Applications can be submitted through the group recruitment website from April 17 to May 13. Successful candidates will join as new employees after completing an internship program and passing the final interview.


The internship program will run for about two months from July to August. Successful candidates will be immediately assigned to practical strategic planning projects. Before project assignment, a one-week intensive training will be conducted, including executive lectures, strategic planning work processes, and individual strength discovery programs.


An Eland ESI official said, “We are waiting for prospective executives who will lead the group's future through a differentiated talent growth curriculum that includes practical projects.”
