Senior Officials Lead Reality Check and Listen to Difficulties
Busan Western Office of Education (Superintendent Lee Jaehan) announced on the 2nd that it will conduct a 'Special Hygiene Inspection of School Meals' at the education support office to address the high risk of food poisoning during the new semester.
This inspection, led directly by senior officials, aims to raise awareness among school meal and food supply company personnel about hygiene management to prevent food poisoning.
Superintendent Lee Jaehan, along with directors and department heads, plans to visit meal inspection sites from the 3rd to the 12th to check the management of food ingredient inspections and the hygiene status of kitchens.
After the inspection, there will be a session to listen to the difficulties faced by school meal personnel and to seek ways to improve them.
Following the special inspection by senior officials, the Western Office of Education plans to actively inspect the hygiene status of school meals at all schools, centered on the school meal team.
Superintendent Lee Jaehan of the Western Office of Education said, "This will serve as an opportunity to once again raise awareness of the importance of hygiene management in school meals," adding, "We will devote our efforts to providing safe and high-quality school meals to growing students."
