As the importance of industrial safety and health in workplaces increases, Suwon City in Gyeonggi Province has created and distributed the "2024 Suwon City Industrial Safety and Health Comprehensive Manual" that can be used by workers affiliated with Suwon City and for safety management in workplaces.
The Industrial Safety and Health Comprehensive Manual includes seven unit-specific manuals related to compliance with the Serious Accident Punishment Act and the Industrial Safety and Health Act.

Suwon City plans to operate the Suwon City industrial safety and health management system continuously by inspecting the compliance of safety and health obligations in all departments semiannually from the perspective of industrial safety management and prevention.
A Suwon City official stated, "If safety and health measures obligations are faithfully observed, serious accidents can be prevented," and added, "We will continue safety and health activities prioritizing the safety and health of workers."
